Wapiti Valley Regional Park Authority will accept confidential tenders on the following cabin property
located in the Wapiti Valley Regional Park:

The cottage is a three bedroom, three bathroom structure built on three levels and has three turrets. Renovations have been started on this building but the interior has been completed only to the gyproc stage.

Tenders must be accompanied with a deposit of 5% of the bid by a certified cheque payable to Wapiti Valley Regional Park Authority, or by email transfer to wapitivalley@sasktel.net. Deposit cheques will be returned uncashed for any tender not accepted and email transfers will also be refunded.

SPECIFICATIONS OF COTTAGE FOR SALE BY TENDER AT WAPITI REGIONAL PARK

The cottage: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on 3 levels approximately 2200 ft2 with 3 turrets
Dimensions: Ground Level – approximately 20ft x 40ft with 8ft ceilings (entrance, family room, hot tub)
Main Level – approximately 20ft x 40ft with 9ft ceilings (kitchen, dining room, living room)
Upper Level – approximately 20ft x 30ft with 8ft ceilings (3 bedrooms)
Services: Power (newly wired), gas furnace and water heater, land telephone line at the site, sewer holding tank, community water system.

Note: this property is located in a cottage subdivision of 15 cottages at the Wapiti Valley Regional Park. This is a year-round park situated on Codette Lake, 47 km north of Melfort, with downhill skiing in winter and a public campground/marina/fishing in the summer. Many renovations and upgrades have been made to this cottage but it is not entirely complete. The property has not been lived in since renovations commenced and the interior is only partially finished. It is generally to the stage with the gyproc installed and some plastering done. There are ash kitchen cabinets and laminate counters with a large island installed. It has a new hot tub with cover installed on the lower level.
